Refund Policy

This policy covers our 30-day warranty, returns and refunds for orders placed at bioaura.us.

30-Day Limited Warranty
BioAura (ROMA ECOMM LLC) warrants its products against manufacturing defects and malfunction for 30 days from delivery. If your product arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect or stops working within that time, email support@bioaura.us with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We'll send you a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. You won't pay any shipping. In most cases we won't ask you to send the product back; if we do, we'll send you a prepaid return label.
This warranty doesn't cover damage from misuse, accidents, drops or normal wear (for example, a punctured gel pack or a case scuffed from everyday use).
We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, such as the cost of medication. Any implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the 30-day period of this warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

Returns for any other reason
Changed your mind? You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, in like-new condition and in its original packaging, with everything it came with (for example, both gel packs).
- Email us first at support@bioaura.us with your order number. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Packages sent without a return request may not be accepted.
- You pay the return shipping, and we recommend a tracked service. Shipping charges from your original order (the $4.99 on orders under $49.99) aren't refunded, except for warranty claims.

Items used with medication
For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been used with medication (for example, a pen that has held a cartridge) can only be returned under the 30-day warranty.

Kits and multi-packs
You can return a whole kit or pack, or only part of it. For partial returns, we refund the discounted price you paid for that item, not its full list price.

Cancellations
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us and we'll cancel it for a full refund. Once it has shipped, follow the return steps above.

Exchanges
Want a different color or product? Return the item following the steps above and place a new order. If the item is defective, we'll ship the replacement for free.

Refunds
We'll email you once we receive and inspect your return. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days; your bank or card issuer may take another 5 to 10 business days to show it.
If you haven't received your refund 15 business days after we confirmed it, email us.
